We collect as little as a newsroom can collect and still answer the mail.

What we collect
If you use the contact or write-for-us form, we receive the name, email address and message you type, plus routine server logs (IP address, user agent, time). We do not run advertising cookies and we do not sell reader lists.
Why we collect it
To reply to tips, pitches and corrections, to keep the site secure, and to meet any legal duty that later applies. Form mail is delivered to support@worldwidebacklinks.com.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months unless a legal hold or an active story requires longer. Server logs rotate on a shorter cycle.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no overriding legal reason to keep it. Write to support@worldwidebacklinks.com or use the contact form. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
Third parties
Hosting, form delivery and security vendors process data on our instructions. We do not authorise them to use newsroom mail for their own marketing.
Children
This site is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
